Shipping time refers to the time it takes for an order to travel from our fulfillment center to the delivery address after the order has been processed and dispatched.
International delivery generally takes approximately 14–17 business days, depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, and carrier operations.
For orders shipped within the United States, we may use carriers such as UPS or USPS, depending on the destination and available shipping services.
The estimated delivery time does not include order processing time. Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 15–19 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and any unexpected delays.
3. Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to severe weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
